Commemorating the Quincentenary of the Reformation
Resources & an Order of Service
The Joint Liturgical Group has been asked to provide liturgical resources to help churches commemorate the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. The main offering is an Order of Service which draws on the five themes of:
- Remembering
- Reforming
- Repenting
- Rejoicing
- Reconciling
The Service is similar to the seasonal Ecumenical Services which the Group has produced in that it can be used as it is given or as a resource from which to develop other celebrations.
