ELLC Canticles
The Joint Liturgical Group is a member of the English Language Liturgical Consultation (ELLC). One of the roles of ELLC is the preparation of common liturgical texts. To aid the use of the Gospel Canticles the following simple setting is offered. It takes the well known plainsong Alleluia as an optional antiphon as a response and use the simple Gregorian psalm tone 6F for the verses. The settings are available in both modern and chant notation as both A4 and A5.

Selected Intercessions and Biddings
for Special Weeks and Sundays
Many organisations offer material for use in Sunday worship. Sometimes leaders find the amount of material provided begins to take over the service or the intercessions and consequently even the heart of what is before them may be unused. The prayer material in the booklets below consists of a single paragraph which can be included in the Intercessions or Bidding Prayer without overwhelming other parts of the General Intercession.
The Intercessions were prepared at the request of Churches Together in Britain and Ireland. The CTBI website includes a Calendar of Special Weeks and Sundays.
The material is available in a number of formats to enable ease of use.
