Liturgy as Proclamation of the Gospel

There is a body of evidence to suggest that it is in liturgy and worship itself that many people hear the Good News and deepen their journey of Christian discipleship.

This workshop provides an opportunity for those involved in planning and leading liturgy and worship across all Christian denominations to come together to explore the theme and its implications for their practices and those of their churches and communities. It is being held in South Wales in order to extend the geographical spread of the Joint Liturgical Group’s offering, and includes a keynote speech from Dr Rowan Williams, former Archbishop of Canterbury.

Timings: 11.00am arrivals, and finish with Evening Prayer at 4.15pm.
